Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity on Building collaborative interdisciplinary research infrastructure in Atlantic Canada’s lobster fisheries
Applications are invited for a Post-Doctoral Fellow position to support the development of industry-led collaborative research infrastructure that will gather and integrate biological data on lobster with new data on social and economic performance of the fishery into a sustainability framework that can be used to inform adaptive decision-making. The preferred start date for this position is November 2021.
Project Communications Coordinator, Knowledge Co-production and Transdisciplinary Approaches for Sustainable Nunatsiavut Futures
The Project Communications Coordinator will provide communications support, as well as general project coordination support to the project. Using transdisciplinary approaches to community engagement and scientific research, the 4-year project will look at how rapidly changing environmental conditions in Northern Canada will impact the marine environment, resources and local communities who depend on these resources. Anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
